THE USER REPRESENTS, WARRANTS AND COVENANTS THAT ITS USE OF IZZINEU.COM SHALL NOT BE DONE IN A MANNER SO AS TO:

Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation;

The user shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person / entity or retain information / download any information from any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so as per HNJ’s terms and conditions.

Izzineu Technologies LLP will make best efforts to do so but does not warrant that any of the web sites or any affiliate site(s) or network system linked to it is free of any operational errors nor does it warrant that it will be free of any virus, computer contaminant, worm, or other harmful components. The subscription of a user shall be subject to Quotas as applicable and as advised. E-Mails provided as part of contact details are expected to be genuine and access to such email accounts is available to authorised personnel only.

Izzineu Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user’s account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

Payments for the services offered by Izzineu.com shall be on a 100% advance basis. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of Izzineu Technologies LLP. IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP undertakes no liability for free services. IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

Unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, by whatever name called, the performance obligation of IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP (service provider) is to provide access of its on-line portal to the customer for the duration of the subscription period & reference to any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself, does not create any additional performance obligation upon IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP.

Subscriber/user acknowledges and agrees that IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP/Izzineu.com, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by Subscriber/user to IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services as per this terms and conditions document.

Izzineu Technologies LLP further reserves its right to post the data on the website Izzineu.com or on such other affiliated sites and publications as Izzineu Technologies LLP may deem fit and proper at no extra cost to the subscriber / user.

The subscription / agreement between IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP and the subscriber / user is not a “non-poach agreement” nor can the same be termed or used as an alternative to “non-poach agreement” in as much as IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP / Izzineu.com is a public site and all information posted by IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP goes to the public domain except information / data which is specifically assigned a non-public / private character.

ANY REFERENCE TO DUTIES AND TAXES ETC IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL INCLUDE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (HEREIN REFERRED AS GST) FROM THE DATE GST LAW IS IMPLEMENTED IN INDIA. ANY ADDITIONAL TAX LIABILITY ARISING ON ACCOUNT OF INTRODUCTION OF GST (WHETHER ON ACCOUNT OF INCREASE IN RATE OR ANY CHANGE BROUGHT IN BY THE NEW TAX REGIME) WOULD BE RECOVERED OVER AND ABOVE THE AGREED CONTRACT PRICE / SERVICE FEE.

If any dispute arises between a user/users and IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP arising out of use of Izzineu.com or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company. Decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be a court of law located in Ernakulam District, Kerala, India.

Izzineu Technologies, Izzineu Technologies LLP India, ITL, are used interchangeably and are synonymous.

In case of non-compliance of these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information that might might have been upoloaded by such subscriber/user

Display of Banners / Ads / Campaigns

Izzineu Technologies LLP agrees to provide the service to the subscriber / user / company / entity only for the duration or the number of impressions contracted for, to the best of its ability.
Izzineu Technologies LLP will display the banners on all the relevant/specified sections of the site on a rotation basis
Izzineu Technologies LLP reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, may be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Izzineu Technologies LLP
Izzineu Technologies LLP offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the banners are put on display
Izzineu Technologies LLP would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Izzineu Technologies LLP’s reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities
Izzineu Technologies LLP will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber
This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual
The subscriber/Recruiter/Advertiser must give an undertaking to Izzineu Technologies LLP that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on hernewjob.com for processing of applications / responses from such person
The User of these services does not claim any copyright, Trade Mark or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website. The Banners displayed on naukri shall be prepared as per the instructions received from the users, Izzineu Technologies LLP shall not be responsible for the users misappropriation of the Trade Mark/ Copyright or any other Intellectual Property Right sought to be passed of as that of the user.

ANTI SPAM POLICY

The use and access to hernewjob.com database is subject to this policy. The services provided to you are aimed at providing recruitment solutions and should be restricted to contacting suitable candidates for genuine jobs in existence.

Mailing practices such as transmitting marketing and promotional mailers/ Offensive messages/ messages with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message, are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice, to the originator of Spam. No refund shall be admissible under such circumstances.

Following is an illustrative (not exhaustive) list of the kinds of messages which can be classified as spam:

Unsolicited Bulk Messages/Unsolicited Commercial Communications.
Voice Calls/SMS to telephone numbers registered on the National Consumer Preference Register.

Cancellation and Refund

In the event of dispute regarding any services provided, Izzineu Technologies LLP shall:

Shall acknowledge the complaint via an email and provide necessary explanations in 24-48 hours
Provide mitigation measures such as rework, additional coding, changes, to ensure client requirements are met.
In the event the client decides to demand refund
1. The charges for domain registration shall not be refundable as the purchased domain belongs to the client and Izzineu Technologies LLP has no rights whatsoever on it. In the event the domain is registered and handled by us, the same shall be transferred to the client as per their request.
2. All charges for any paid services taken on behalf of the client, which they can use shall be deducted from the total refund value.
3. The refunds shall be processed within 30 to 45 days.
4. In the event a dispute is not amicable settled, the matter shall be moved for arbitration with a party acceptable by us and the client.
5. In the event arbitration fails, the issue shall be resolved through legal proceedings at the Hon’ble courts located in Aluva, India.

Shipping and Delivery

All products shall be deliveref as per the shipping timelines stated in the individual product pages or as commited to the client via email.
In the event of delays caused dude to issues beyond our control clients will need to adhere to such delays
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
Orders are shipped within 35+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
IZZINEU TECHNOLOGIES LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 35+ days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
Digital products shall be delivered via email, drive, File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or any other suitable means as necessary.
